About Me

Hello Friends, and welcome to this space that I have built in the hope of offering you ways to (re)connect with yourself. I am a qualified Yoga teacher with a keen focus on the mind-body connection, and have been practicing both yoga and meditation for over 6 years. I have also completed a Master’s degree in Mindfulness Based Interventions.

For a long time, I was living in my head and felt completely disconnected from myself. I didn’t appreciate or move my body, but at the same time, I couldn’t sit still. I was experiencing regular panic attacks, and couldn’t sleep. I was rarely present, constantly distracted and busy, and never allowed myself time or space to slow down or rest. I was also grieving not one, but the loss of 3 significant loved ones that coincided.

Everything changed when I discovered Yoga and Meditation. I found both practices incredibly challenging to begin with, but slowly they became a safe space to explore everything that I was experiencing within, and over time, they gently led me back to myself. These practices have shown me that anything is possible when we give ourselves space. I am forever grateful for all they have taught, and continue to teach me.

I feel dedicated and passionate about sharing the tools and practices that empower me, help me to heal, connect me with my intuition, enable me to slow down, and find my inner strength once again.

Learning about the power of a Pause, & connecting to my inner world has become the compass of my life, and has brought me to a place of Clarity, and Flow.
