The Daily Pause, is for those who are comfortable with longer stretches of stillness and silence, and who may have more time to practice each day.

All you need is an open-mind, a willingness to explore, and a commitment to showing up each day exactly as you are. A place to sit where you won’t be disturbed by others, and a journal are other nice-to-haves. You might notice things that you want to jot down which I recommend waiting to do until the end of each session.

Yes! Learn to Pause, is the course for you!
Firstly - congratulate yourself for taking the first step of even considering to start a mindfulness journey (welcome to the beginning of the rest of your life!)
When I started to meditate, I found it really difficult to sit still without distraction and found it frustrating to listen to guidance that told me to ‘relax’ (this was far from how I was feeling!) I wanted to create a course for others who might be feeling the same.

Mindfulness is a specific form of meditation focused on non-judgmental awareness of the present moment.
So it teaches us how to become present, without any goal of feeling a certain way. Mindfulness is both a formal meditation practice and a way of being that can be integrated into daily life for greater well-being.
