Yoga changed my life. I don’t say that lightly.

Whether you have never moved your body before, want to start moving it again, or simply want to explore a new way of moving, yoga will meet you exactly where you are at.

Beyond the fancy poses that you might see online, Yoga is an incredibly powerful, and spiritual practice that enables us to slow down, observe, create self-awareness, meet ourselves in discomfort, change our energetic state, and widen our awareness beyond ourselves.

My style of Yoga has changed over the years, to become one that is slower, but often stronger, with a focus on noticing what is happening in the body & mind during movement. I combine mindfulness & grounding, with breathwork, visualisations, and postures to connect the mind & body.

What has yoga taught me? To trust myself, to trust my strength, to slow down, to appreciate & honour my body, to listen to the wisdom within, to explore my comfort zone, to navigate grief, to embrace challenge, and also to embrace stillness.
