Our lives are becoming increasingly demanding and busy, and whilst we can’t avoid stress, we can use mindfulness meditation to help us develop healthy and empowering ways of responding to stress so that we can operate with a sense of ease and flow.

Having worked in the corporate environment for a number of years, I am passionate about educating people on the balance that we can find and maintain to safeguard our nervous systems and prevent burnout, overwhelm, and anxiety which I have experienced firsthand.

Exploring these themes in a gentle and experiential way can show us our habitual ways of operating, maybe ways in which they are no longer serving us, and how we can choose to do things differently to improve our wellbeing.

  • 6 Week courses can be modified and adapted for stand-alone team bonding sessions, special corporate events, or to mark the end of busy periods. Themes and learnings can be chosen based on employee needs or the intended outcomes of the sessions.
